Hotel a Charles City

“Hotel was well placed but common areas and rooms were dirty. Only one elevator was working. Staff were just so-so.”

“Waterviews, Marina/Beach, Pools, and the nightly visits of deer/bunnies.”

“Hotel was nice and clean and very close to Busch Gardens (3) minutes, they had a shuttle but we were unaware. Remote control was missing a battery so no television the first night we were too tired to go to the lobby after we settled in for the night. Other than that, the room was clean and we had a good stay.”

“Staff was rude and degrading to our employees. We will never stay here again. Towels cost $1.50 to get a clean one daily. I don’t mind reusing my own towel but hotel expense pays for that.”

“This hotel is only good if you 100% need a place to sleep at night. We had roaches, spider and flies in our room. I also had dirty rags under my bed. Laundry room and lobby bathroom was out of order and when you turn the ac on, the room got filled with a potent mold smell. I will say the staff were pretty attentive though.”

“The location was perfect for accessing Fort Lee. We needed an extended stay and the staff was very helpful. Will definitely be using this hotel again in the near future.”

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”
