“Clean and comfortable room. Only draw back was the limitation for our dog ( keeping out of certain areas and could not leave him alone plus limited places to walk him).”

“My main complaint is one staff woman there in particular. I didn't get her name but she's an older African American woman with terrible manorism, was very rude and disrespectful, got tempered and unprofessional. I've never experienced first hand such rudeness in your face before. I think she's ready for retirement because she seems angry and bothered.”

“My sons felt unsafe which is quite the statement for 2 adult veterans. They stated that the room was fine for the night but wouldn't want to stay longer than that. They left at 2am and continued their trip because of the noise just outside their door at the hotel. ”

“We travel to Williamsburg usually once a month. As long as there are rooms available we stay at the Patriots Inn. Staff is always friendly and rooms are always clean.”

“We booked two rooms for one night before we few back home from Richmond airport (about 25min). This hotel wasn't that close to the airport. The rooms were very large (like a studio apartment) and had a refrigerator, stove, sink, and all the items needed in a kitchen. It had some amenities..hair dryer and soap but no shampoo or any "extras." One of our rooms was perfect no complaints.
