Hotel a Charles City

“I reserved this hotel on my trip from New York to Florida. We got there at about 11:30 PM. The front desk person was very nice and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast TO-GO was very minimal and poor quality. They probably shouldn't do this because it seems like a good idea and then it's not, especially if the food is stale and not worth it. We took the bags and then threw them out on our road trip. Our main priority was the comfort and the price and all good.”

“The rooms were well appointed and clean. Nice white bedding. Hair dryer included. Breakfast was good and the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and dining area was exceptional. All the people who worked there were hard working, very friendly and efficient. I keep coming back.”

“stayed 2 days it was clean and staff was very friendly. You don't have to pay for breakfast which is always a plus when traveling with kids. Its close to everything 10 min for busch gardens and right by colonial williamsburg. didn't get to use the pool because its outdoors and wasn't that nice out but i would stay here again.”

“Everybody was real nice to us and my little service dog pixie . They let us stay like an hour and a half longer after check out without charging us and made me feel real comfortable about asking them . Whenever I come to the live casino I will always stay there . This is like are 3rd stay there. Thank you all again. We checked out today and were supposed to go home but I can’t get my friend out of the casino and it’s past my dogs test time so I’m trying to book a room again tonight .”

“If you're just staying a few nights, this place is sufficient for the price. Bed was comfortable. We had a mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom needed some repairs - the ceiling was falling apart and the room could use a good deep clean. The pool wasn't open yet, so we weren't able to use it. Overall, for the price it was okay. If we just need to stay one night, we will probably stay here again. Workers were nice, breakfast had a nice variety (yogurt, waffles, cereal, muffins, toast, juices)....

“I had an accident with my room since it leaked water from the bathroom to the room, I recommend remodeling the entire bathroom of this room since it looks "old" the grout of the tile is dirty and I think it is not the quality standard of the Marriott”

“Easy access and secure. Close to everything but there was broken beer bottles all.over the back parking lot that really needs to be cleaned up.”
